Dear Colorado Homeowner,
✓ Are your Xcel Energy, Black Hills Energy, Fort Collins Utilities, or Core Electric bills climbing every season, no matter how much you cut back?
✓ Do you feel trapped paying for energy you can't control, with rates set to rise again?
✓ Worried about Colorado hail damaging solar panels — or being locked in if you sell your home in a few years?
✓ Tired of hearing about solar savings but never knowing if it's real for your specific home?
If you're ready to stop overpaying your utility company every month and start keeping more money in your pocket...
Impact Energy & Roofing is a locally owned and operated solar and roofing company based right here in Centennial, Colorado — serving homeowners across the greater Denver metro area. Unlike the out-of-state solar chains, we don't use a single subcontractor. Every solar installer and electrician on our crew is licensed, trained, and certified in-house. And because we're also a fully licensed roofing company, we handle any pre-solar roof work and insurance claims with the same local team. With our $0 Down Power Plan, you lock in lower monthly payments at just 11¢/kWh significantly less than what Xcel or Black Hills currently charges — with zero escalator, ever.
It's simple. It's local. And it works from the very first month.
✓ $0 Down To Start. No upfront cost. Go solar with nothing out of pocket.
✓ Lower Bills Right Away. Pay 11¢/kWh instead of Xcel's or Black Hills' rate — from the very first month.
✓ Zero Escalator — Locked In For Life. Protect your family from unpredictable utility rate hikes. Your rate never increases. Ever.
✓ No Subcontractors — Ever. Every installer and electrician is licensed and certified in-house. You always know who's on your roof.
✓ Solar + Roofing In One Call. Need roof work before install? We handle it. Insurance claims too.
✓ Hail? Covered. American-made, Tier-1 panels backed by a 30-year product warranty. Any hail damage is covered under your existing homeowners insurance.
✓ Transferable Warranties. Moving? Your 25-year workmanship and 30-year product warranty transfer to the new homeowner — and solar adds an average of 4.1% to your resale value (Zillow).
✓ Savings That Grow. The more Xcel and Black Hills raise their rates, the more you save — because yours is already locked in.
With Impact Energy & Roofing, Denver metro homeowners are finally stepping out of the cycle of rising utility bills and into a future where their energy costs are stable, clear, and completely under their control.
✓ Pay less than your current Xcel or Black Hills bill from the very first month
✓ Lock in a stable payment at 11¢/kWh that never spikes — unlike Xcel
✓ Start saving with $0 down and no new debt
Imagine the relief of opening your energy bill each month and already knowing what to expect — no more shocks, no more unpredictable spikes, no more wondering how high it'll go this time.

Solar in the mountains! We have a challenging A-frame roof and rainy afternoons but the team did a great job! They were respectful and hardworking. Nate and Troy made it easy walking me through everything on the front and back end of installation. We are live and producing power! The reasonable cost and financing options made this a reality. They provide tax help making sure we benefit from the credits. What more could you need!

I would totally work with Impact Energy again. Nate, Mackenzie, and the team were incredible. No pressure on the sales front when I reached out to them. They answered all my questions, helped me through the process, worked with my HOA, and ultimately delivered and incredible new roof. This is a big purchase and I always felt they were watching out and working me on the process. Thank you Impact Energy team for everything.

Whole process was nice & easy, Alex was awesome! They were with me the throughout the entire process to answer any questions I had, and the inspection and installation happened right on time! Would highly recommend!

We had some serious issues with our roofer not getting back to us and not following through with a lot of the items he said he would complete when we had hail last year, so we ended up working with MacKenzie and his crew to fix some issues and help reinstall our solar panels. Despite the job not being their initial responsibility, they worked with us to make sure our roof is in top notch shape. I really felt taken care of by both Luis and MacKenzie both who called us directly to help sort out our issues. These guys are great. Absolutely 5 stars here-- you'll be in such great hands. Highly recommend. I can happily recommend working with Uprise if you’re looking to get panels on your own house!

We had a great experience when working with Joe and the Impact team. They truly care about their customers and saving them money. I have read some bad press about a few other solar companies who take advantage of people and their money, but Impact was quite the opposite experience. They do a full analysis of your bills and get to know you on a personal level to ensure you are the right fit for solar. If they can’t save you money or add benefit to your life long-term, then they walk away no pressure and no questions asked. I was blown away by the professionalism and respectful service we received from both our sales rap Joe and the rest of his team. You should truly feel comfortable and safe investing your resources with Impact.

Alex Russell is phenomenal, and this is the best solar company I have ever interacted with. Their level of expertise and professionalism was above average and they are very patient and answered all of my questions well. I've spoken with 5 different solar companies and this one is leaps and bounds above the next best one.

We’ve really enjoyed working with Impact Solar-they’ve been extremely helpful and supportive. We installed our first array with them a few years ago and when we had questions about increasing our wattage, they were very responsive and informative about our options.

Worked with Impact Energy to install solar panels. The guys are easy to work with and to get stuff done. Spoke with MacKenzie and Richard during the process, MacKenzie helped manage everything iirc. Paul was amazing getting my circuit breakers labeled properly tho, that was extremely helpful as a first time homeowner. I would use this company in the future.

Mackenzie has been great to work with. We got hit by a huge storm and he was there right away to help patch the roof and get things going. It has been a blessing to work with him in a trying time. I would highly recommend working with him!

Impact Energy & Roofing knows switching to solar feels like a big step and most Denver homeowners worry, "What if it doesn't actually save me money?" That's why Impact Energy offers a simple promise: if your new plan doesn't deliver lower payments than your current utility bill, you won't be charged. Period. No tricks, no hidden fine print. This guarantee exists because Impact Energy has seen the results again and again: predictable bills, protection from rate hikes, and Colorado families keeping more of their money where it belongs with them.

From the very first full billing cycle after installation. Most Denver Metro homeowners see an immediate reduction in their monthly Xcel Energy or Black Hills Energy costs once their system is activated.

Impact Energy designs every system based on your home’s actual energy usage and utility costs to ensure the numbers make sense before installation ever begins.
Impact Energy & Roofing handles ongoing support, maintenance, and service directly. No third-party subcontractors. You work with the same local team that installed your system.
No. Many homeowners qualify without perfect credit. Approval depends on factors like credit profile, utility history, and homeownership status.
No problem. Because Impact Energy is also a roofing company, the team can inspect, repair, or replace your roof before installation if needed.
Your solar agreement and warranties can typically transfer to the new homeowner, which may also help increase your home’s resale appeal and value.
